Project Summary
As part of their energy efficiency policy, the DEC engaged with us for an EPC for 15 schools across NSW. The schools included were Botany Public School, Daceyville Public School, Forest Lodge Public School, Holroyd School, Katoomba High School, Leichardt Public School, Northern Beaches Secondary College (Freshwater Campus), Noumea Public School, Orange Grove Public School, Rockdale Public School, Sarah Redfern Schools, Tempe High School, Tempe Public School, Terry Hills Public School & Whalan Public School.
Energy Savings

• Greenhouse Gas Savings: 1,800 tonnes/yr
The Journey
We completed the DFS and EPC for 16 state primary and secondary schools. The EPC comprised guaranteed and non-guaranteed savings and has M&V for one year from the date of practical completion. Works included replacement of 12,980 internal luminaires including lighting design compliance with AS1680, HVAC, building management system, PV solar, solar film, water and power factor correction.
