Alerton Australia together with Conservia was engaged by Coles to undertake the HVAC demand-based project phase 3 across 120 stores Australia wide. This is a joint partnership where Alerton Australia will be delivering the BMS cutover, installation & commissioning and Conservia will be looking after the energy savings, strategies and ongoing tuning.
• Replacement of the existing application based controllers, primarily Danfoss and Emerson with a new freely programmable hardware.
• Design and commission of energy-saving strategies and on-going 12 months of system fine-tuning.
• Installation of the enterprise system to enable access from one platform, via an intuitive graphical interface.
• Energy costs reductions within Coles Supermarkets by implementing improved control strategies for the HVAC equipment only – Our target is 6 % reduction from the main meter
