Charles Sturt University (CSU) had a goal to become a carbon-neutral university and achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions throughout its campuses.
Energy Savings
Conservia helped CSU University achieve its energy conservation and sustainability goals, by developing a suite of energy efficiency solutions covering BMS, HVAC, lighting and water-saving measures. We implemented these projects through a DFS and an EPC achieved over a 7-year M&V period.
The Journey
Conservia’s EPC allows CSU to optimise their sustainability performance through BMS fine-tuning and key energy & water conservation measures.
Conservia implemented an Energy Performance contract for 16 buildings including library/accommodation/Labs/offices/Halls, undertook lighting, HVAC/BMS/building envelope/DHW saving projects.
