A great outcome was achieved through a series of energy efficiency Initiatives delivered by Alerton Australia and ongoing proactive maintenance since late 2019. The site, 380 St Kilda Road has improved in good measure from 5* to 5.5* in a recent rating in March 2020 through a series of Energy Efficiency Initiatives and ongoing proactive maintenance activated with no analytical engine employed since last year in 2019.
